Launched in early 2019, Koa Niseko is an award-winning collection of fully turn-key luxury homes, consisting of ten freestanding Koa Villas and ten semi-detached Koa Townhouses, and is one of the first fully built-out luxury estate developments for sale in Niseko.
Higashiyama, or “East Mountain”, is one of six resort villages that make up the Niseko experience.
Located at the base of Higashiyama, the fastest-growing resort area in Niseko, and only 8 minutes walk from the nearest ski lift in Niseko Village, Koa Niseko is a rare balance of convenience and privacy—close to the action and beautiful all year round.
Koa Niseko was a winner of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021-2022 and was designed in collaboration with renowned Japanese designer Bond Studio, Hawaiian architect ZOO Design, and furnished with custom furniture by Stellar Works and other luxury suppliers.
We anchored our design vision on the Danish concept of hygge—finding joy and intimacy through the appreciation of simple, fleeting moments. This philosophy fueled our design approach, inspiring everything from the masterplan, landscaping, and architecture, through to way-finding, and the hand-curated fully-furnished interiors and accessories.
